4. The Website provides information about required services for Israeli expats returning to Israel or for people who seek to settle in Israel (referred to as Aliya in Hebrew) (the “Information“).

6. The Website and its contents (as defined below) may not be construed as a promise by the operator for certain or specific results.
7. The use of the Website, including its contents and the products displayed therein, is subject to the conditions set out below (“Terms of Use”).

The terms “Contents” and/or “Website Content” include any information, text, audio or visual, whether separately or combined, as well as their design, processing, editing, distribution and means of presentation, including, but not limited to illustrations, videos, images, animation, icons and characters.
9. The use of the Website and its contents are intended for the private and personal use of users alone, and these contents may not be used outside the framework of the Website.
10. The Operator may change the Website, its structure, appearance, content, services and the availability of the services and content provided therein, in whole or in part, with no prior notice, provided that users’ rights are not violated as a result of such changes.

11. The Website offers relevant information for people seeking to immigrate to Israel, including but not limited to a list of various providers in various fields that provide essential and/or relevant services for people immigrating to Israel.
12. The information displayed on the Website is carefully selected by the Operator and after obtaining the suppliers’ approval to display the information on the Website.

Intellectual Property policy

All intellectual property rights of any kind including, but not limited to, copyrights in the content and design of the Website including the name “ Aliya Paveway ” and any other name / trademark displayed on the Website are the exclusive property of the Operator and/or third parties who gave the Operator their consent for the use of these names / trademarks within the framework of the Website.
15. Website users may not display contents from the Website in any manner, including through any software, device or communication protocol that changes the design of the contents and/or alters and/or redacts any contents in general and advertising and commercial content in particular.
16. All rights in the contents of the Website and its design are the sole property of the Operator. Any changes to the Website and/or copying, reproduction, display, publishing, distribution, transmission, transferring, creating of derivative works or selling of items from the information, products or services, without prior written and explicit consent from the Operator is strictly forbidden.

In view of the services provided on the Website and in view of the nature of the Website, users acknowledge that their personal details and the information that they may provide as part of the login process may be saved by the Operator. The Website will not disclose such user details and information to any third party, except in accordance with the provisions of the law or by a competent court order.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

1. 31. The laws of the State of Israel alone shall govern and apply to the use of the Website and to disputes arising from such use, including the use of the information presented therein.
   32. The competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction with regard to the terms of use and the use of the Website.
